The good people of the State of Michigan came mighty close to nominating a complete idiot last summer when Abdul El-Sayed narrowly defeated the diminuative little troll and complete nitwit Haley Stevens to become the Democratic nominee for the United States Senate. It was a bruising campaign and Haley, grudgingly, thew her support behind El Sayed. That is, until late last week. Her 'boyfriend', a hopeless shill for AIPAC, and supporter of all things Nitwityahoo, had already lined up behind Mike Rogers, announcing his support of the hopeless Maggot late last week. This sent some serious vibes through Democratic circles as everyone began to smell a Sinnema, Manchean, Fetterman or rat. Sure enough, over the weekend Haley issued a series of demands that Abdul 'oppologize' for an add produced and aired by something called the “Rebellion” PAC, a front for Cenk Ugyar's “Young Turks” in which a couple is portrayed buying groceries and blaming the cost of them on foreign wars and U.S. Aid to Israel. El-Sayed had nothing to do with the ad, either it's production nor distribution, and said as much. He was also quick to condemn the regiems of several Arab countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Bahrain.
But Haley persisted, calling El-Sayed's campaign one driven by hate and causing great division in the land while she jumped in bed with the most Islamafobic, hate-driven political movement of modern times. So while the likes of Margory Green, Joe Rogan, Tucker Carlson, and a host of other Maggots are searching for lifeboats or have already jumped ship, she, along with Michael Cohen, have lept aboard the sinking Titanic and nailed their trousers to the mast. They are going down with the ship.
Clearly, Michigan dodged a bullet here. Haley has demonstrated, as if further demonstrations were necessary, that like Rogers and tRUMP she has no demonstrable talent for this profession.
Ask Benedict Arnold. No one has any respect for a turncoat. She protests that she is a loyal Democrat but she will be drummed out of the Democratic Party. She will be treated as the proverbial pole cat at the barn dance and will be shunned by polite company. As for Rogers and his ilk, they will quickly make a few campaign ads to run in the waning hours of this campaign and then ReSCUMlickans will quickly distance themselves from someone known not to be trustworthy and of suspect political leanings. Haley will discover that by this treachery she has ended whatever political future she may have had and her possible career as a lobbyist in the bargain.
I suspect that the die has been cast and that this little tantrum for being asked not to participate in any further involvment in the Senate race, will have little effect on the outcome. The worst thing that could happen to her is for Rogers to win narrowly, and any Rogers victory will be a narrow one. Should that happen, the political world will come down upon the head of this ugly little troll branding her forever as the reason fascism prevails. She better hope El-Sayed emerges victorious.
